I am a Partner at Howes Percival supporting businesses in the UK and internationally on corporate legal matters. I advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, company sales, corporate restructurings, fundraisings, and general corporate issues including director\'s duties and potential personal liability. I have over 25 years\' experience of advising clients on corporate (and commercial) matters. I act for clients of all sizes including private and public limited companies, LLPs, partnerships and entrepreneurs. Having worked in-house with clients during my career I take a solutions-focussed and pragmatic approach to supporting my clients. Clients have described me as \"very smart and well-organised\" and as a \"go-to attorney\". A material amount of my work has an international dimension, undertaken with foreign law firms and their clients advising on English law issues and local custom and practice. I am based in the Cambridge office of Howes Percival.
