ABOUT JAMES SPENCE

As Regional President – West for Lindmark Companies, I oversee strategic growth, operations, and overall performance across our western territories. My responsibilities include leading the region’s sales performance, EBITDA results, and land lease operations, ensuring our markets are positioned for sustained revenue growth and profitability.A key focus of my role is identifying and securing new billboard locations throughout Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, and Kansas to support Lindmark’s continued expansion and market presence. I work closely with our development and land lease teams to source high-value opportunities, negotiate agreements with landowners, and guide projects through permitting, construction, and activation.In addition to driving new site development, I oversee the performance and long-term strategy of our existing land lease portfolio, ensuring strong landowner relationships, timely renewals, and maximum asset value for the company. I also collaborate closely with our sales leadership and business development teams to ensure our inventory is effectively marketed and sold, aligning sales initiatives with regional revenue and EBITDA objectives.My role also involves working with municipalities, regulatory agencies, and community stakeholders to navigate zoning regulations, permitting requirements, and government affairs matters that support project approvals and market growth.Working alongside Lindmark’s executive leadership, I help shape and execute strategies that align with the company’s long-term objectives, driving sales growth, operational efficiency, and strong EBITDA performance throughout the West Division while supporting Lindmark’s continued expansion across the region.
