As the director of Human Resources at Merseyrail, I lead a team of HR professionals who support over 1,200 employees across one of the UK\'s busiest commuter rail networks supporting across all parts of the people agenda. I have Executive Team experience and am a Chartered Member of the CIPD.My core competencies include designing and delivering people strategy, delivering targeted and value added people solutions, and implementing HR policies and processes. I have a successful track record of delivering large-scale people change programmes across large and complex organisations, such as Network Rail and High Speed Two Ltd. My mission is to create a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters engagement, development and innovation with physical and mental health and wellbeing of employees at the heart of this.
