After starting up our NLX facility, I am moving to Finlays Solutions, assigned to the NLX manufacturing facility, to be responsible for developing and implementing the Continuous Improvement initiatives within our manufacturing operations. This role will work cross-functionally to implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging my experiences in lean manufacturing principles.
