Hello, and welcome to my profile. My name is James, and I\'m on a journey towards digital betterment as a product designer. Learning about people is my passion. Designing for them is the dream. I want to define problems and bet on solutions for products that I genuinely believe in. I joined the e-commerce space last year, helping build Subscribfy\'s retention technology - the same tech our CEO Samy and his brother used to scale Adore Me to $300M. And subsequently 4 of his own 7-figure DTC brands. Today, I\'m focused on continuously improving the technology and designing experiences that drive real brand growth. I’m especially interested in how great UX, product thinking, and behavioral psychology come together to shape the future of e-comm.
