I am passionate about helping software teams succeed, both technically and commercially. I strongly believe that almost everything we build should be framed by real user problems. It’s only when we are fully clear on the problem — that we can begin to craft technical solutions that can be tested in the real world.I am the co-founder of Avion, which is a user story mapping tool for software teams. Story mapping is an invaluable technique that many product teams can benefit from.
