Team Lead for Invoice Processing team and Vendor Query management team. • Prepare and publish AP metric dashboard reporting at regular intervals. • Have very good knowledge in P2P activities, recent technological advancement in the domain & supplier statement reconciliation & Handle escalation and provide solutions to the stakeholders also Handling Client calls and Interact with stake holders/client. • Leave management of team members. • Handling escalation matrix with resolution to the client and having weekly governance calls with stakeholder. • Identify process gaps and act by making recommendations to management and drive resolution. • Assists with performance management, career development processes/discussions, staffing and disciplinary actions and in providing constructive feedback to staff. • Has ability to set priorities, manage deadlines and escalate issues where necessary. • Handling all the escalated invoice issues & supervising the agents and SME and prepare RCA. Initiate corrective and preventive action in areas affecting performance and review SOP. • Strong knowledge of GRIR reconciliation. • Recovery of Debit balance.($ 7 millions USD recover) • Ensuring all SLA (Service Level Agreements) is met regarding and contribute, consistently follow and drive the team on compliance, standards and processes. • Leads, mentors and motivates the team members/ subordinates, guides them through coaching, identifies the training needs, and fosters knowledge sharing and continuous learning. • Closely monitoring timely execution of payment activities for vendor as per payment calendars and ensuring disbursement of the same within agreed SLA and areas for Service Delivery improvement, discuss with peers in the same process and recommend for changes. • Analytical & Problem-Solving ability for trouble shooting. • Perform monthly VAT closing activity for UK region. • Knowledge of Power BI Dash bord and MS Share-point.* People Managment.* Knowledge of FACT.* Strong knowledge of SAP application.* Coordinate with all internal P2P team.*
