I work at the intersection of orchestral performance and arts operations, helping musicians and organizations bring complex productions to life. As a professional cellist turned orchestra manager, I understand both the artistic and logistical sides of the stage.My career began on stage as a cellist, performing with ensembles including the San Antonio Symphony, the Phoenix Symphony, and the Colorado Music Festival. As the son of a public school music teacher, I also developed an early commitment to music education and began teaching cello lessons while still a student myself. That dedication to education and outreach continues to shape my work today.Over time, my interests expanded beyond performance into the operational and organizational side of the arts. I most recently served as Operations Manager for the Phoenix Youth Symphony Orchestras and now work as Orchestra Manager with the Britt Festival Orchestra, where I support the musicians and logistics that bring large-scale orchestral productions to life.Alongside my work in music, I completed a full-stack software development program through Tech Elevator, an experience that strengthened my problem-solving mindset and deepened my interest in how technology can support arts organizations and complex creative projects.Across performance, education, technology, and operations, my focus remains the same: helping people do their best work and creating environments where music and collaboration can thrive.Specialties: orchestra operations, musician services, concert production, arts administration, music outreach and education, and modern and period cello performance.

   Manage orchestral operations for the Britt Festival Orchestra, supporting musicians, conductors, and artistic leadership to ensure the successful planning and execution of festival performances. Responsibilities include coordinating musician services, rehearsal and performance logistics, and production operations for one of the Pacific Northwest’s premier summer music festivals. I work closely with artistic, production, and administrative teams to ensure that the many moving parts of orchestral performances run smoothly from the first rehearsal through the final concert. Drawing on my background as a professional cellist and arts administrator, I focus on building systems and processes that support musicians and allow the artistic work to thrive.
