With several years of construction management, estimating and 3D modeling experience, I directly assist Pre-Construction project teams establish the most effective and strategic paths to lead them to more project awards and company growth through overall project success. These sought-after projects are obtainable when the correct team, process and path are established early in the planning time-line. Through added elements of graphic visualization, logical analysis and open forms of communication, both verbally, written and graphically, these teams can come out on top of their competitors in the thrill of the project chase. Understanding that all construction projects are unique and no two will ever be exactly the same, every detail needs to be vetted and filtered prior to obtaining the correct project plan. Each new project requires a certain level of focus, collaboration and a well-planned and customized project delivery process in order to obtain the desired results.
