Fully accountable for Enterprise Technology, Cybersecurity, Network, and Security Infrastructure, IT Operations, and secure, efficient delivery of all third-party and managed systems. • Provides coaching and mentoring to other teams (Finance, HR, Policy, Academic Outreach, Development, Events, and Communications) for the creation of strategic planning and technical strategy.• Perform annual strategy planning, annual budget review, and quarterly budget projects to ensure we stay within budget expenditures.• Provide annual organization IT strategic vision for the following teams: Finance, HR, Policy, Academic Outreach, Development, Events, and Communications.• Work with Finance and HR teams to ensure that applications, policies, and guidelines work as required and operate legally and within guidelines given by the federal government.• Mentor and Coach teams in communications, policy, and information technology in web design, application design, network architecture, security, project planning, and leadership.• Oversee all information technology contractors and act as organizational POC on technical projects. • Oversee all disciplines of maintaining and supporting operations of all organizational cloud services, security, service desk, and end-user functions. Provides Network Architecture Design and Management. Supports multiple hybrid environments between AD, Azure, GCP, and AWS. Manages Office365 Exchange and Google Gmail environments.
