A key collaborator, allowing for the synergies within an existing business and externally to flourish, is part of the success to creating accomplished solutions.Having graduated originally as a Games Developer from BCU in 2012, his enthusiasm for new technologies is now channelled into his every day job, working for the National Farmers Union as an IT Applications Designer.James is continuing to gain experience and deliver in his roles in preparation for the eventual migration abroad and would therefore consider visa sponsored jobs.He has previously worked within the Engineering Sector at IMI Precision Engineering and the Ministry of Defence as a Business Intelligence Analyst at the Defence Infrastructure Organisation, working closely with all sectors within Military estate to analyse data and produce meaningful results. James firmly believes that without a clear data strategy, there is no tool that will provide a business with what it needs.He has also worked as an Solutions Analyst, creating bespoke software solutions for nationally recognized brands, at CoreStream Ltd in London. Some of their clients included MOJ, BBC, NHS, AstraZeneca, Glencore, AxA, Astellas and others. He owes a lot of his success to his mentors and colleagues within CoreStream who allowed him to flourish and demonstrate his abilities allowing him to grow and move forwards within industry.He started his career at Packt Publishing, based in Birmingham, working on over 40 projects in 3 years from concept to publication. According to Book-scanner, my project, Machine Learning with R, taken from Idea to Publication was Packt Publishing\'s best-selling book of 2014, with revenues exceeding 7 figures to this day.James is ranked within the Jeet Kune Do and Wing Chun syllabus and is currently expanding on his existing skills in these art forms with the inclusion of Mixed Martial Arts such as Kali, Thai Kick boxing and more.
