Key Accomplishments:• Championed a 6-week sprint partnering with the IT leadership team and utilizing McKinsey (3rd party) to assess, review and analyze the North American and Global System resiliency for Oracle ERP, WMS, and middleware products affecting the Plant to Store finished good flow to market.• Created a multi-day workshop with the BBU Sr Supply Chain Leadership team, which produced the 5-year project and productivity initiatives targeting $1B in SG & A savings over the 5 years
