My role as a senior financial analyst is to provide financial information, direction, and assistance related to financial planning & budgeting, capital planning & budgeting, variance analysis, business plans, benchmarking, financial decision support, and financial analysis in the clinical enterprise. My primary focus is to perform complex financial analysis and to provide financial assistance and guidance to Tampa General Hospital\'s Leadership and staff by- Providing clear and accurate financial information which enables senior management to make informed long-term and short term decisions- Working as a liaison between Finance and Health System operations leadership- Developing and refining efficient processes that help to establish a clear financial picture of our Institution- Adhering to established internal controls while identifying areas to include these controls where they are not present- Completing special projects as assigned by management.
