Experience in coach education, player development grassroots to elite, sports development, also Interested in Sport Psychology, Physical Education and Skill Acquisition.I am a committed individual with a passion for Physical Education and Sport, helping to develop people with a lifelong love of physical activity. I continually seek to learn and challenge my own coaching practices, seeking knowledge and gaining understanding to help shape my learning philosophy. I am an open minded and analytical individual, willing to take feedback but also provide opinion. Having been with The FA for over 16 years and being exposed to various working environments, great tutors and coaches I have not only developed effective skills in planning, delivering and reflecting but also communication skills vital in developing relationships.
