James\' background includes the sale of commodities and working in the oil & gas industry as a parallel to energy-related markets. James began his career as an intern at Mobil Oil Corporation in the retail fuel marketing division while attending Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA. As a Summer intern at Mobil Oil, James assisted the management team in local market analysis, research, operations management, and sales. After graduating from Morehouse College in 2003 James joined Enterprise Rent A Car where he managed multiple locations simultaneously as he gained experience in transportation, logistics, and fleet management. As part of the field management team, he managed over $8 million in company assets and personnel while being recognized regionally for his achievements in cutting costs, driving revenue, and developing new business. In 2006 James began consulting in the private sector for small businesses and start-up companies with special interests in the Caribbean.
