To scope and deliver EMEA’s reward strategy for SS & C’s Business Units across 24 countries in the region, incorporating employee benefits, incentive schemes and day-to-day management of the UK based Reward team.The role is an active and key member of the HR leadership team as well as working directly with Director level stakeholders, requiring a highly commercial approach able to align reward policy to business objectives Reward Serviceso Core process deliveryo Reward Partner supporting Workday HRISo Best practice and quality standards are delivered with continuous improvement of effective processes and motivation of team membersReward Strategyo Day-to-day focus on managing/developing cash and non-cash employee benefitso Drive strategy and operational development ensuring the Company continues to have competitive cost effective reward practices as an employer of choice in each local entity whilst formulating a cohesive group wide Total Reward approacho Supporting global Reward programmes including merit, bonus, equity based incentive programme, and core/flexible benefitso Understand/keep abreast of legislative and industry best practiceo Alignment of reward principles to job families and levelsReward Deliveryo Innovative communication of reward to employees, enabling engagement and retentiono Relationships with external benefits brokers and independent providers; renewals and procurement / due diligence processo Design and execution of annual salary review and bonus programmes including robust data modelling techniqueso Active and legacy pension schemes, DC and DB, including trustee liaison and AGM co-ordination
