   I manage several teams composed of engineers, designers, and product managers across two brands and several geographic locations. In my capacity as VP of Engineering, I\'ve overseen and managed delivery of several major product initiatives in 2015 across key business areas while meeting and exceeding KPI\'s identified for each project and we are on track for several more successful deliveries for 2016. Furthermore, I\'ve overseen major team expansion through aggressive recruitment and mentoring of existing team members. In my capacity as Head of Product, I own the product roadmap creation and maintenance for both brands. This includes identification of market opportunities for potential product impact, cost & build estimates and justification for capital investment. Additionally, I run and manage the entire build process, from discovery and ideation through delivery, for each major product initiative. To accomplish this, my teams work through a series of interviews, surveys, data collection and team workshops to identify and build the best possible product given the constrains presented both by the marketplace and internal cost and time considerations.
