ABOUT JAMES RESEIGH

I\'m a senior leader who has developed a strong leadership team to deliver the organisational goals for our customers. I strive for success in a friendly, determined and collaborative way and achieve high performance with poise and confidence. I\'ve worked in the Social Housing sector for since 2015, having decided on a change of career following 29 years of experience in senior roles with Lloyds banking Group. I\'ve loved re-training and completing my housing qualifications through the Chartered Institute of Housing and remain very ambitious. I\'ve found working in Social Housing both extremely rewarding and with a social purpose. I have had the skill to adapt in this rapidly changing sector.I am confident in my own ability where I have been recognised for my strong achievements both in Lloyds Bank (where I was on the Lloyds Bank Network Director Talent Programme) and in Housing (where my team won the a national housing award for Welfare).I’m so proud to work for LiveWest - an organisation that is at the heart of trying to solve the housing crisis in the South West. I am also privileged to lead a team of over 700 colleagues across neighbourhoods, supported housing, income and customer experience who help our customers “move in” “live in” and “move on”.
