Manages all activities related to the preparation, reviewing and monitoring of all business contracts related to the acquisition of goods, materials and services in addition to multiple solicitation types including RFP’s, RFQ’s, ITB’s and ITQ’s for the Seminole Tribe of Florida. Coordinates and reviews all contracts as they flow between the Purchasing, Accounting, Legal, Risk Management and End User Departments in order to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures. Maintains direct contact with suppliers/vendors and other stakeholders during the review, negotiation, and execution process of the contracts. Manages and supervises Contract Staff within the Purchasing Department and provides guidance in communication with Tribal Departments and suppliers/vendors.
