As Founder and Executive Director, responsibilities include fulfilling the Mission and overall management of all administrative aspects of operations including human resources, financial management and compliance, programming, facility management, fundraising and development, communication and marketing, and board of directors administration. Since 2006, PAA has grown from one summer camp of 26 students to currently over 1,300 students in year-round programming that includes summer camps, spring and fall productions in addition to offering 50+ classes each year in voice, acting, dance and technical theater. With an incredible staff team, modifying strategic plans in order to fulfill long range goals and objectives are key elements to growth in a thriving non profit arts organization that seeks to meet the needs of children and youth in the community.
