I’m a three-time CEO and serial entrepreneur committed to building organizations that expand opportunity and equity. Over the past two decades, I’ve led ventures and partnerships across philanthropy, affordable housing, and K–16 education — sectors where sustainable growth and social impact intersect. My work bridges public and private systems to deliver measurable results that strengthen communities and create lasting pathways to opportunity.I’m passionate about translating mission into scale. From developing scalable public charter school models to impact-focused initiatives, I’ve seen how strategic collaboration and accountable leadership drive transformation. My focus has always been on outcomes that matter — increased access, economic mobility, and systems that serve people better.Today, I lead Greenhouse E3 and advise mission-driven founders, boards, and executives on aligning vision, strategy, and impact.
