Responsible for reviewing and maintaining all training materials for initial, refresher, and conversion pilots and aircrew-Advise Squadron Commanding Officer on future course changes and requirements to ensure training goals are successfully met-Ensure quality control steps are followed and deliverables meet customer’s standard-Provide guidance to senior military personnel, supporting agencies, and contractors regarding the development and logistic support requirements of future Naval Aircrew Production-Revise and maintain all pilot and crew chief classes to ensure that they are technically accurate and in accordance with all technical manuals and the COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2-Review all Technical Directives as they are received by the squadron to ensure any cases that pertain to student curriculum are updated in a timely manner-Ensure that crew chief curriculum is current and accurately reflects information from the NAMP, COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 series, maintenance manuals, and engineering manuals.
