I have over 43 years experience in the M&E industry, having worked my way up from an apprentice electrician into a managerial role. I have successfully managed many varied and complex installation projects, which have helped me to develop a vast knowledge & experience of the industry. I then decided to move over to the maintenance side of the business, which I enjoy immensely.I have experience in controlling large maintenance accounts including Debenhams, Arcadia, House of Fraser, Barclay\'s, Barclaycard, First Capital Connect, Burger king and many more etc. I have also had experience working with renewable energy installing air source heat pumps, solar Voltaic systems. personal attributes; Driven, hard working with a very positive proactive approach. Always willing to learn new skills, I am an excellent communicator and man motivator. Wherever I have worked I have always achieved or surpassed any set targets, successfully completing projects on program and within budget.
