In alignment with Apex Account Manager, collaborate with all Garrett Companies entities to identify and maintain resources needed to provide effective supply chain.Forecast material needs based upon the project pipeline and timelines. This will include completing proper take-off activities during quoting and invitation to bid (ITB) processes.Develop and maintain detailed inventories of materials and supplies distributed from supplier, warehouse, and jobsite.Create customer quotes/orders in ERP and track PO/CO\'s for each material order. Setup and maintain part # and vendors in ERP system, including materials requirements planning (MRP) parameters.Create and track PO\'s to supply base for timely and accurate delivery to various projects. Coordinate delivery schedules with project teams to coordinate with labor resources and space allocation requirements. Create supply plans that ensure availability of materials.
