I joined Savills in 2013 and have been working across the UK, leading the land consents teams specialising in utility and infrastructure land rights across the UK. Whilst leading the UK teams, I also work on, and have experience of, all types of projects from small connections to major infrastructure schemes for electricity, telecoms, water, gas, renewables and data centre developers. My specialities lie in injurious affection claims, statutory notices and process, necessary wayleaves, complex compensation/loss claims and route selection. I’m responsible for the management of the Savills UK land consents client relationships, framework contracts and business development ensuring performance, quality and delivery is at the highest standard.
