Working as Client Account Manager, Programme Manager and Project Director on Water and Waste Water Treatment projects for regional water companies.Project Director responsible for Client Relations, Contract Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Programme Management and Quality Assurance on significant projects for multiple clients whom AECOM carry out design.Leading teams of multi-disciplinary professionals to deliver outputs which satisfy the requirements of our Client and Stakeholder organisations.Seconded as part of a Client Team to set up a new delivery partnership, redesigned the Delivery Process to streamline processes with clear roles and responsibilities whilst maintaining Client Governance and ensuring necessary Stakeholder consultation at key stages. Worked with others to set up PMO reporting, and refresh processes and procedures to support the new partnership.
