As Head of Product Operations at Dealer-FX, I bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring our Product team operates with efficiency, clarity, and impact. I partner with Product Leadership to drive strategic planning, optimize product development, and implement standardized workflows that enhance roadmap planning, prioritization, and release execution, enabling teams to move faster and deliver consistently.I also lead data-driven decision-making, developing reporting frameworks that track adoption, engagement, and product impact. By ensuring the Product organization has access to actionable insights, I empower teams to prioritize effectively and measure success. As the operational backbone of the Product team, I foster cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, improving communication, transparency, and knowledge-sharing.Additionally, I help in release readiness and change management, ensuring smooth product launches while minimizing friction for customers. I manage and optimize our product technology stack, evaluating and implementing tools that enhance collaboration and efficiency across teams. Ultimately, my mission is to scale Product Operations, drive efficiency, and enable teams to focus on building great products that deliver real value.
