Offers solutions to unique and systemic problems, develops implementation plans and establishes metrics to demonstrate the effectiveness of performance enhancement processes.• Drives positive change in both the Morrison and Owner’s organization. Must be able to push back constructively when direction or actions from the client are not in their best interest.• Staffs assigned projects with qualified salaried and craft personnel; supervises project personnel through subordinate leaders.• Responsible for developing individual development plans. Recommends salaried rate changes to senior management and assists in renegotiation of craft wage rate changes if and when called upon to do so.
