This groundbreaking development will connect Belgium’s second offshore wind zone to the mainland, integrating multiple wind farms via a central offshore platform.Key Responsibilities:• Strategic Advisory: Advise the Project Board and senior stakeholders on project performance, including scheduling, budgeting, and overall progress.• Baseline Management: Validate and manage project baselines for scope, schedule and cost to ensure alignment with contractual and strategic goals.• Performance Analysis: Analyze and evaluate both internal and external performance reports, including earned value analysis, scenario modeling, and risk assessments.• Risk Oversight: Lead proactive identification and assessment of project risks. Monitor variations from baselines and report deviations in scope, cost, and schedule.• Planning & Scheduling: Oversee detailed project scheduling, ensuring timelines are realistic and achievable. Perform delay analyses and develop recovery strategies as needed.• Cost Control: Monitor budget adherence and cost forecasting. Implement corrective actions in collaboration with finance and procurement functions.• Mitigation & Improvement: Drive the development and communication of risk mitigation strategies, performance improvement proposals, and optimization opportunities across the project lifecycle.
