Successfully implemented vision for a shared support Financial Planning & Analysis team supporting US Enterprise, Service Provider and the consolidated US Theater. Created & led the US Theater Operations Team supporting commissions, sales crediting, and customer validation activities for the US Theater Sales Organization. Developed a team of 80 full-time and contractor headcount.• Cultivated an organization that was able to drive significant change in Sales Finance resulting in dramatic productivity improvements (approx 30%) and increased data quality and analysis capabilities, all with direct benefit to the Sales organization. Nearly all initiatives were later driven worldwide• Reduced reporting time in consolidation team from 15 days to 1 day. Eliminated 200 hours of reporting hours while doubling the number of analyses created.
