My careers have been varied and challenging, and I have had the pleasure to be part of, and, lead multiple teams of exceptionally skilled members providing software solutions and support. I love being part of teams dedicated to adding business value and I enjoy not only coaching people to achieve both their personal and professional goals but being part of producing solutions to minimizing waste and delays experienced in delivering solutions to the end consumer.I\'m a technology geek. I am passionate about software development, and over the years have been able to experience several environments from the Microsoft stack, to the Java stack, and have an appreciation for some of the benefits of these markets. In previous positions I have developed windows, web, and mobile based applications ranging from Finance and Insurance to Student management systems, to gadget apps for learning purposes.I describe myself as a Pragmatic Agilest, certified in Scrum (CSM, PSD, SA), however comfortable to work in just about any methodology or process when the need arises.
