Job DescriptionEuropean Software Sales and Implementation Manager, MCGlobal Sol Ltd,(April 2016 –Present)Responsible for the full end to end process, from a potential customer to delivering a fully implemented system.Achievements and responsibilities: • Meet with potential clients to understand their requirements and ensure our system can meet their objectives.• Demonstrate the value our system will provide to their business in comparison to competitors to win them as a client.• Fully develop and implement the software to the customers’ requirements.• Successfully deliver the CMMS system on budget and on time.• Undertake research and design solutions for customer’s maintenance management problems. • Undertake both onsite and office based implementation work including the training of users.• Ensure that customer systems requirements are documented.• Identify and process customer’s ideas and enhancement requests.• Design and maintain system configuration to match customer requirements. • Contributing to the identification, development and improvement of customer procedures, and streamlining systems.• Successful implementation of several sites including the uk’s largest automated distribution centre.• Liaising with support to integrate the Maintenance Connection software with 3rd party software for example Sage and SAP.Job DescriptionEuropean Software Implementation Consultant, MCGlobal Sol Ltd, based at customer sites.(April 2013 –2016)My key responsibilities at MCUK are to liaise with customers across Europe and assist with the planning and implementation of the maintenance connection software. This includes project management, streamlining current processes, creating sufficient reporting, capturing all current data from all old systems and processes and centralising them into the maintenance connection system. Ensuring delivered on time and on budget and meeting the customers’ requirements.
