Operations Manager @Fusion Community Initiatives

May 2016 to Present: Fusion Community Initiatives (FCI): CEO & Operations Director As CEO and Operations Director, I am responsible for founding Fusion and growing company from start-up, to 15 Consultants and 40 Facilitators, to deliver leadership training and community projects, focusing on corporate social responsibility across the UK. Required to deliver leadership development programmes for range of clients across Finance, Automotive, Food & Beverage and Business School sectors, alongside providing MBA support. Expected to Partner corporate companies with their local charities / NGOs and delivering bespoke projects and CSR initiatives, that leave a tangible legacy to communities in need. Responsible for delivering training programmes for companies at senior-level, including Premiership Rugby and Guinness Pro-14 teams (Board level through to players), Continental, Gett and Wooden Spoon Rugby Charity. Key Achievements Include: Successfully delivered 500k in projects and trained 820 team members through leadership programmes. Delivered unique Fusion model for YuLife (Insurance Fintech Firm), partnering client with a SEN school in Devon to build an outdoor sensory garden and successfully delivered in 1 day for no cost, with estimated build cost of £100k+ and a timeframe of 4 weeks,(with far less disruption to the school) and aligned 200 client staff with vision and values. Aided NHS Southwest to develop / implement mass vaccination centres in partnership with NHS. Developed testing programmes with DHL Global Team and the Dominican Republic Government. Partnered with Wooden Spoon children’s charity and raised 500k by completing a Mount Everest Expedition, including planning and on the ground leadership, setting 2 world records, enabling a team of 30 plus to achieve this, through logistical and medical planning. Achieved B-Corp registration in 2022, ESG environmental, social and governance practices.
