I am a finance student with hands-on roots in construction and a strong interest in commercial real estate development and investment. Just a few years ago, I expected to spend my career in the trades. Working on job sites taught me how projects actually get built, how timelines slip, and where money is really made or lost. That perspective now shapes how I think about deals, risk, and value creation.Today, I combine that practical foundation with formal finance training and experience in sales and analytical work. I enjoy evaluating opportunities, building financial models, and communicating clearly with stakeholders. I am especially drawn to roles that sit at the intersection of real assets, capital markets, and execution, where both relationship skills and quantitative thinking matter.I am currently pursuing opportunities in real estate development, acquisitions, or finance roles where I can contribute to underwriting, deal sourcing, and project execution while continuing to learn from experienced operators.

   After serving as Head of Sales, I transitioned into a part-time Financial Analyst role to support the owner in strategic decision-making, including assisting with the financial analysis and structuring of a partner buyout. I organized financial statements, analyzed cash flows, supported valuation discussions, and helped evaluate financing options. I also managed budgeting, revenue tracking, margin analysis, and basic forecasting, strengthening my ability to connect sales performance with overall financial strategy.
