ABOUT JAMES ODONNELL
I am an Assistant Director within EY\'s Transaction Diligence team in Belfast. I have been part of the team from Sep21 and have been involved in a range of buy-side and sell-side transactions with both Private Equity and Corporate clients, including-Vendor Due Diligence (online retail, tech consumables and manufacturing)-Buy Side Due Diligence (with Targets operating in manufacturing, IT consulting, renewable energies, professional services and packaging)-Refinancing (tech and retail).Prior to this I worked within EY\'s restructuring team, from a placement year in 2015 before returning as a graduate in 2017 and completing my training contract with Chartered Accountants Ireland. I have been involved in a variety of formal and non-formal projects, including management of Receivership property portfolio\'s, trading and wind down Administrations, Compulsory Liquidations and Independent Business Reviews (both large and small scale).
