Handle client escalations. Support projects and help align resources to ensure project success. Assist in interview process. Manage team bandwidth and assign out new projects accordingly. Conduct annual PM reviews. Minimize overall team project leakage. Ensure team processes are being followed. Conduct regular PM check-ins in a support/guidance role. Senior Project Manager responsibilities- Client facing, project management of custom website projects. Prioritizing project into executable sprints via Smartsheet. Conduct kickoff meetings with clients. Gathering design requirements and working with graphic artist team to implement custom designs. Presenting deliverables (project charter, creatives, Alpha and Beta sites) to gain approval from stakeholders. Creating weekly status reports for clients. Manage overall project scope and client expectations. Translating user requirements into system requirements, process flows, wireframes, sitemaps, mockups, etc.Tools utilized: Smartsheet, Mircosoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets, InVision, Wordpress, WooCommerce.
