James is an experienced project and programme manager and railway civil engineer who has worked on a number of challenging high profile rail construction projects. He has delivered projects for all the major bodies within the rail industry and consequently can offer a broad spectrum of experience as both a client and contractor’s project manager. In particular he has extensive experience of successful project delivery in and around the London Underground environment, and he has a detailed understanding of LUL’s processes and standards.
