Began as a temporary Tesco Colleague at Christmas time and quickly got offered a permanent contract due to strong performance and customer service skills. I later progressed to the role of team support which came with additional responsibilities in leadership and cross-functional support.Through this I gained experience in-Time management, teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced environment-Supporting new staff and ensuring a high standard of customer service and store compliance-I was trained across multiple departments so I am a useful asset, these areas included grocery, produce, customer service desk and much more-Leadership and responsibility for colleagues during shifts.
