ABOUT JAMES NICHOL
I served in the British Army from 2012 to 2024, deploying to the Falklands, Kenya, Germany, Spain and Cyprus. As a Bombardier and Physical Training Instructor (PTI), I led soldiers on operations and was responsible for the fitness, resilience, and readiness of my Battery and Regiment. That experience built the foundations I carry today: discipline, speed, and the ability to deliver under pressure. After leaving service, I channelled that mindset into entrepreneurship — first with 737 TRG, a performance platform preparing people for military, blue light, and high-performance careers. Now, I run AIgency Studios — a lean, veteran-owned creative studio. We build cinematic ads and sleek websites that get brands seen, proving you don’t need a bloated agency to make real impact. My mission is simple: to help people and businesses cut through the noise, move faster, and achieve more through scroll stopping content.
