ABOUT JAMES NG

I am a dispute resolution lawyer and a Mediator with over 20 years of experience acting for investors/companies in the UK and internationally (particularly those from the People’s Republic of China and ASEAN countries). I am a Partner and Head of the Commercial Litigation Team at Taylor Rose, London Office. I specialise in commercial dispute resolution including High Court proceedings, mediation and domestic and international arbitration. My areas areas of expertise include breach of contract claims, warranty, manufacturing and engineering disputes, franchise litigation and risk/regulatory management. I am a qualified international Commercial Mediator both in the UK and China. Whilst English is my usual working language, I speak three different Chinese dialects (including Mandarin) and Malay language. My professional memberships include: CEDR Accredited Mediator (since 2008), Commercial Mediator, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and China Chamber of International Commerce (since 2008),Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) and a Committee Member of the West Midlands Branch.
