I am an Associate Director specialising in freight, logistics and fleet decarbonisation, with nearly three decades of experience spanning operational transport management, strategic consultancy and complex programme delivery. My background combines 16 years in front‑line transport and warehouse leadership for major operators including Tesco, Eddie Stobart and TATA Steel with more than 13 years advising government, industry and the healthcare sector on logistics transformation, alternative fuels and future‑ready infrastructure.Across the UK, Middle East and Europe, I have led high‑profile projects for clients such as the Department for Transport, National Highways, Transport for London, NHS Trusts, Cambridge Biomedical Campus, international airports and major science and innovation campuses. My work ranges from whole‑site logistics strategies and automated materials handling (including AGV integration) to national fleet decarbonisation studies, multi‑fuel hub planning, lorry‑parking strategy, hydrogen feasibility studies, and large‑scale operational assessments supporting policy, funding cases and capital investment decisions.With deep domain expertise across freight operations, supply‑chain optimisation, ULEV and HGV decarbonisation, hospital logistics and FM integration, I specialise in translating complex operational realities into evidence‑based, commercially workable and future‑proof solutions.
