I am a Shareholder in the Miami office of Fowler White Burnett, where I serve as the Chair of the Admiralty and Maritime Law Practice Group. I have over 30 years of experience representing clients in the major sectors of the maritime industry, including domestic and international insurers, cargo carriers, major cruise lines, operators and charter companies, marina and terminal owners and operators, and private vessel owners.I handle complex transactional and litigation matters for my clients, which includes drafting and negotiating marine-related contracts and defending claims against personal injury and commercial disputes.
