My responsibilities include deletion, retrieval, and archiving/encoding all digital media assets. Master Trouble shooter as well as help develop and implement Avid workflow and SOP for our newsroom. I also help test new products/hardware to help maximize optimum performance for WBZ-TV and MyTV 38. Other responsibilities include creating detailed documentation and training for all new and current employees to use as a daily reference for workflow procedures. I like to help people achieve their goals and create outstanding content.
