I lead on all things people-related for Arm\'s Solutions Engineering and AI & Developer Platforms teams, two of the most dynamic and fast-growing parts of this remarkable company. The work these groups do is industry changing and every day I am partnering with leaders to ensure that our people are happy, engaged, productive and doing the best work of their lives in pursuit of some big strategic ambitions. Having enjoyed eight years as a management consultant with Deloitte, I continue to have a passion for organizational design and transformation - and I lead these areas for Arm, in addition to my group focused role. This means I am constantly shaping and leading work focused on enterprise-level operating model and org design, large-scale cultural and mindset change, talent strategy, M&A execution and integration. What I love about this work is that it starts with strategy and its translation to org / people implications, goes through various intellectually and politically complex iterations of design, and then only ends after a sustained and gnarly period of embedding change in people\'s everyday actions. I pride myself in bring there for leaders and their organizations throughout all the twists and turns from strategic vision to embedded organizational reality.
