Jay Munisteri is co-chair of Gardere\'s International Dispute Resolution Group and a trial attorney whose practice involves all forms of contentious business disputes. He has over 27 years of experience in trial in state and federal courts, appeals, arbitrations and mediations in Texas and 21 other states. Cross-border litigation and international discovery have comprised a significant part of Mr. Munisteri\'s practice; he has litigated or tried cases governed by the laws of Mexico, Canada, England, Brazil, Chile, El Salvador, Venezuela, Uruguay, Argentina, Peru, Panama, Costa Rico, Ecuador and Guatemala. And in one week, Mr. Munisteri appeared before tribunals in Canada, then Mexico, and then Texas over three consecutive days.
