Epic Training Manager responsible for the delivery of effective EMR training within the organization. Team consists of front office and back office trainers. Includes hiring and development of the team, training team governance and managing relationships with hospital leadership and IT application delivery partners. Lead team in the creation an eLearning course for Providers on short assignments (rotating Residents and Med Students. This reduced each student\'s training time by 50% and trainer assignment reduced by 100%(learning labs no longer required).Expanded Physician Efficiency training workshops and expanded our offering of these workshops.Facilitated development of automated, self-scoring, practical assessments for use as placement exams and end of class exams.Enhanced training product offerings to include multiple user engagement opportunities before training/go-live, and to offer scheduled office visit follow-ups at 30, 60 and 90 days post live.Initiated a field training support model, where outpatient trainers make scheduled visits to all clinics to help them optimize their use of the EMR.
