I’m a senior product leader working at the intersection of technology, data, and real-world impact.My background spans TV, advertising, aviation, where I’ve led products operating at massive scale - from platforms serving tens of millions of daily users and billions of data points, to systems supporting £1B+ annual revenue and mission-critical airline operations.Highlights include leading playback, analytics, and AdTech platforms across Peacock, Sky, NOW, Showtime, and Showmax; reducing platform costs from $20M to $5M annually; improving streaming performance at scale; delivering addressable advertising to 60M+ customers; and building systems that enabled multi-million-pound operational savings in aviation.Today, I apply that experience across mission-driven and creative organisations- Executive Director at Vegan Hacktivists, a tech nonprofit providing free capacity-building services to animal protection organisations globally- Head of Product at Grazer, the world’s leading vegan dating app, shaping meaningful connections through thoughtful product design- Operations Director at Violet Studios, responsible for organisational strategy, day-to-day operations, governance, and advising the team across the studio.I’m particularly interested in solving hard problems: scaling platforms, aligning senior stakeholders, improving performance and reliability, and turning data into clear product decisions - especially where technology can drive measurable social good.
