About James Miller

I graduated from North Carolina State University with a bachelor\'s degree in Political Science and Government, where I developed strong skills in project management, administration, and political communication. I am passionate about using technology to solve complex problems and create positive impact in the world. I am always eager to learn new skills, tools, and strategies to improve my performance and grow professionally.In my role as a Business Development Representative, I’ve helped enterprise businesses secure and monitor their applications, infrastructure and security environment. After almost 3 years in Business Development, I successfully leveraged a transition into a Customer Success, where my sales skills were complimented by a natural eye for detail and love for data organization. As a Customer Success Associate, I navigate through a variety of internal teams and customer contracts to help generate revenue for Apryse, while also maintaining strong and personal relationships with each customer I speak to. In the everchanging world we live in, it can be very easy to forget to carry empathy and compassion in the workplace, but I strive to ensure that both customers and colleagues feel welcome and respected when working with me.
