WORK HISTORY
Centrifuge Operator Waste Water Ultra Filter System Operator @J.T.M. Food Group
I utilize a system of piping, pneumatic valves, pumps and various tanks to receive waste plant water from production rooms and waste drains. Using membranes I then filter that water, monitor the pH, control the temperature range of 100-120 degrees through a manual steam valve, and send the permeate to the city while storing the rest onsite,up to gallons, until I contact an outside contractor to come drain. This process averages gallons of processed water released to the city.* Using the Flottweg centrifuge I extract the plant water, grease and solids into separate staging areas exceeding customer and company standard. I work with maintenance as needed.* Various other daily duties include contacting inner department leaders to assess amount of solid product waste on site. Using this information I contact an outside contractor to pickup waste. I then schedule a pickup time and relay this information to appropriate department leaders.* My position prior to this one was working in the Robotics Room monitoring the palletizing process by way of 2 robotic arms, a mechanical palletizer, a plastic wrap machine, followed by scanning of the product as received in my location, as well as ensuring finished product was properly stored in the Edinburgh freezer or loaded on a refer trailer.
