My career has been in ever increasing management and leadership roles both domestically and internationally, within independent manufacturing, engineering, services companies and oil & gas operators. These positions held increasing responsibilities from local, business unit, regional to corporate worldwide Operations, ultimately reporting directly to Snr VP and Company President levels.I have 30 years experience in Major projects, fabrication/construction, commissioning, start up, operations, production, maintenance, reliability, plant integrity, facilities engineering, and risk. This has covered Oil & Gas production facilities Refineries, Petrochemical plants, Power Generation Stations and Construction/fabrication yards. The last 20 years have concentrated primarily on global On and Offshore Oil & Gas production and operations in upstream and downstream, within the Middle East, North Sea, USA and South America regions. The processes covered include three phase production, gas (sweet and sour service up to 24% H2S and 10% CO2), sulphur recovery and enhanced oil recovery systems, water injection, steam flood, gas lift, CO2 injection, beam pumps, ESPs.Managing Operational Risks of the business to ensure safe operations, continuous production and maximum facilities up time. Recent highlights:•Current role as Corporate trouble shooter, problem solver and facilitator•Lead special task force for Corporate Global business and operating risk reduction and mitigation. Covering daily operations, facility engineering and construction, HES, contracting, Supply Chain, downhole and surface facilities, drilling, workover and well servicing disciplines throughout the global organization and individual business units•Al Hosn gas plant($10 Billion Project)- Company corporate partner technical and business representative for gas plant commissioning, start up and daily operations. Interfacing with Snr VP Operations, VP Technical Engineering, plant VP and Operations manager
